need help fast, got a crank pulley question

Default need help fast, got a crank pulley question

i think i f'd up. i was pullin my crank pulley and didnt mark for reinstall, doh. i got the pulley lined up in kinda the right area, but how did i make sure i get it back on in the proper place????? i thought these things were keyed.

I think you need to pull plug #1 and find top dead centre

wonder if there's a way to use the crank sensor?

Why would the postion of the crank pulley on the crank snout matter? All it does is drive the front accessories.

i thought it was like the old style motors. it doesnt counter balance the crank vibrations? if it doesnt matter then i can put it back on and not worry bout it?

just throw it on there. there is no key way like 1st gens.

These guys are correct, the GENIII crank pulley doesn't need to be aligned, install it and tighten it up
