Ok nvm i figured it out. BUT I have a new ?...

How many hole do the 02 fuel injectors have on them??? the ones I have are 2 hole but my 99's are 4 hole . The number on the "new ones" is 25317628

Now I have another question...... DO I have to use the 02 fuel rails or can I just swap the injectors???

Dang, no one ever had a chance to assist! Nothing like a job done well and without assistance. I used a modded hose clamp when I was without the line removal tools before finally invested in a set of them. Knuckle and time savers!
FWIW I also did the same swap, yes the older 99 injectors do have 4 holes where the 02 6.0L ones I installed had 2. The holes/orifices are larger and flow more fuel overall.

That will work in an emergency else head to the local auto parts store and get the plastic line removers for under $10.
