Default Need help buying cam for a 4.8

the part number for the cam that compcams told me I should get is 54-408-11...is that going to be a good cam...

Haven't even taken to the track yet...I just know I beat 5.3s, redlight to redlight, and I've beat a couple 94-95 5.0 mustangs

That is a 206/212 .515/.522 112lsa. That would be a nice little cam. Your gonna need a spring change. I would go a little larger though. especially with your 410 and stall. I may be getting a brand new never used Comp 212/212 .530/.530 112lsa that I will need to sell unless I can get the shop to swap it for the one I want now. I ordered it before I decided to supercharge. Let me know if your interested and I'll let it go for what I paid and ship it to you on my dollar. I'll even send you a copy of the ticket.

I'm also doing a s/c thats why he told me that one. Is the one u've got too big to be supercharged

yeah, I'm getting springs too...how is the one you might be getting supposed to run in the 4.8?? Supercharged and Not Supercharged??
