well i just got a reply from them and they said they need a spring loaded tensioner to help with the load of the blower. so i need a way to stregnthen the stock one or something , i dont know wtf is going on that would cause my belt to be thrown so easily,.

on that truck, it looks like the belt is riding on the inner edge of that idler pulley below and to the left of the H/U. I found going to a flat 8 rib idler pulley (i.e. no lip) eliminated throwing belts, at least for me as I had a bout of this myself when I first installed my radix system. might try a different idler and see how she goes

btw, is that your truck? I thought you had a black truck? if not, I wanted to see your setup to see what I could see

its the same set up as me, i just wasnt at home when i posted it, i have the same set up though, its funny you say that though. everytime i through the belt i would find it all weedged inside of the pulley you are mentioning, so what are you saying is i should go with those billet idler pullies you have? or just a new one with an inner lip to keep it from wandering. i did take pics today but i dont have my camera dock with me niow that im home. what i was planning on edoing though was getting a stiffer spring for the tensioner , another through i had was that the current blow off valve on the setup isnt big enough causing to much surge when i let of,thus causing the blower to stop really fast upon decel and causing the blet to hop so i was going to upgrade the bov. but what you are saying is making alot of sense becaus ei have a ton of belt dust in the are of the alt bracket .
