Default Need help ASAP 94/4.3L

My friends 94 4.3l s10/15/sonoma whatever, runs like ***,wont stay running, and misses. You have to keep revvin it to keep it going.Looked at the injectors and they are dumpin gas into the tbi.Pulled the elec connector on one injector and truck runs much better. So Im thinkin fuel regulator is gone.My questions are ,is it gone,if so,where is it located, and how do I get to it.

You can watch the injector to see if they look even flow and spray. I bet he needs a TBI base gasket.

I thought it might be a vac leak but once you rev it up a bit,and clear it out it seems to run fine. When you plug the other injector back on it won't even idle for more than 1-2 sec.
