I believe the ls2 tb for the ssr is a direct fit and would be best to use.

did you have to change all the same crap like if you use the f-body intake? or was it a dirrect bolt on? make sure the throttle body is closing all the way shut and easy to close if it is sticky or don't close all the way it will through that code and then your screwed couse when mine did the same thing i couldn't even give it gas. did you wire it up correctly couse if i remember correctly the plugs are diffrent.

The SSR intake is a direct fit. The SSR t.b. has a 6 wire plug and the 6.0 truck has 8 plug. I had Speartech Inc. build an adapter harness (8 wires to 6 wires)

do you have to tune for the size of it i'm not real sure i know my tb when i took it apart i put it back together and it was just a little off just enough to make it stick right before it closed and it couse the cel to come on. so you didn't have to move or space out you water pump and this bracket and that bracket like the f-body swap. i might have to look into that do you have a part number for those. sorry i could help more.

you'll need a tune to get rid of that very comon Problem with Calculated Airflow
There is a table in most of the softwares to compensate for this
Bottom line get a tune for the new intake

I'd like to see a picture of the harness adapter you had made up, can you take one? Also, What are the pin outs from the 8 pin connector to the 6 pin connector? Does the throttle blade move when applying pedal?

------------

DTC P0120 means that the TP sensor # 1 signal voltage is less than 0.37 volt or more than 4.51 volts.

DTC P0220 means that the TP sensor # 2 voltage is less than 0.28 volt or greater than 4.60 volts.

The PCM uses the following readings in order to calculate the predicted mass air flow (MAF) rate:
* The throttle position (TP)
* The barometric (BARO) pressure
* The intake air temperature (IAT)
* The engine RPM

The PCM compares the predicted MAF value to the actual MAF value, and to the speed density calculation in order to verify the proper throttle operation. If the PCM detects a large difference between the actual airflow (MAF) and the Speed Density calculated air flow, it sets off DTC P1514.

-------------------

It sounds like your wiring for the Throttle Position sensors on the harness is incorrect. Purple and Dark Green wires from the truck harness are the signal wires. They need a +5 volt reference wire (choice of Grey or Light Blue/Black wires) and a ground reference (Black or Black/White wires). Since you are setting codes for both throttle position sensors, start with the shared +5 volt and ground reference wires.
