Default Need help

Looking to get my truck to dip into the high to mid 14's. I already have a few bolt ons such as cold air intake system, power programmer, throttle body spacer, exhaust (no headers yet). I have a 02 ext cab w/5.3 auto 3.42 limited slip. What can I do to accomplish this goal?

Converter, cam (valvesprings and pushrods while you're at it) and long-tube headers!

That might be a little too deep in the 14s though!

I'm new to this. What cam (specs,Brand),convertor, headers & what ratio rockers? Who can tune the motor once a new cam is installed? Do you have to do tuning when you change the convertor?

Sorry just a ROOKIE
