Default Need help

Just put in a 6.0 the mechanic said my throttle body is bad it work before the swap. It's having trouble idling before and after a tune. It was a stock 5.3 throttle body and now it's on a 6.0 does that make a difference. If. Need a new one what other one can I put on for more air flow I have a 8 pin connection on my throttle body. It's a 05 ECSB I do plan on putting on a pro charger as well. It's really bad when you put it in to drive or reverse. Or when you come to a stop.

It doesn't matter that the TB is on a 6.0 now.

I'd just stay with a stock TB, they work fine for a turbo cars and prochargers. The opening of the factory intake isn't getting any bigger so the TB doesn't have to be. The air being shoved in is under pressure and the stock TB size won't hurt anything.

Did you adjust the tune for the larger engine? If not there's your problem, you need the pcm reprogrammed for the larger engine.
