Default Need help!!

I started up my truck the other day and the engine started to shake the whole truck after about 5 minutes. When i put it in gear it acts like it's fightin to stay alive. The RPM's drop way down to about 300 and then it bounces back up a little. Then just yesterday the truck ran fine for about five miles, then as i was goin down the road the engine started to struggle again. The rpm's didnt want to climb and it started cuttin out real bad. The service engine light started to flash and i had to give it quite a bit of gas to get it to go up a little hill. When i reached about 2500-3000 rpms i hear a loud "bang" from my cutoout and i look back and sparks are flying. I finally got back home and it was still running really crappy. Does anyone know what the problem could be. I just changed the plugs out like 2 weeks ago, so i dont think that's it. What do you guys think?

When you said the light was flashing it sounded to me like you have a misfire somewhere.Check your plugs and wires again and make sure the wires are in good contact. If that doesn't work make sure an injector didn't come unpluged.

'Dead' cylinder??? Bad plug, clogged fuel filter, or clogged fuel injector would be where I would check.

Ok, i went and got the computer flashed and it read a misfire in cylinder #1. I changed out the spark plug and it's still messin up. What else could it be? What's a bad cylinder....What kind of $$$ am i talking? Could it be the coil pack?
