Default Need cam help

I have a 230/236 .591/601 @110 comp cam. I am trying to figure out if I can run this cam on a LQ9 6.0 with flat top pistons? I will be using unmilled cnc'd bigger valved 6.0 317 heads. Is anyone using a cam like this with a flat top piston without valve reliefs? Any help would be great

I'm not sure, but I think that would be alright for your piston to valve clearance. Just don't quote me on that.

the piston to valve clearance is the main concern I know I seen the flyer is runing a very large cam on a 5.3 but I do not know if he has flat tops, or if he has valve relifs cut in them
