Default need cam advice

I currently have a comp 224/230 58/59 114lsa cam that I'm about to install. But before I do I would like some advice.

I am building my truck for the track. So it will stay above 4500 most of the time. Would I be better off with something like the torquer v2 cam? Since it has a stock bottom end I don't want to shift past 6600. The rest of my mid are in my Sig. Thanks.

If you have the cam then use it.personally id look for a cam to match the heads like a 230s-240s with a 4k+ stall since its for track use.what intake you running? Tbss intake? A good port job on the intake with those heads and a matching cam would do wonders. Which heads you having worked or ported? Final compression?

Stock heads, about 9.5:1 compression. Tbss intake. Just installed the converter so that's staying. It's a 3600-3700 multi disk.

You can definitely go bigger on the cam considering the converter, gearing, and truck's intended use IMO...then you can send the old cam to me

I'd go bigger than a torquer V2. Even though that cam runs amazing in 6.0's i'd go with something like an MS3... or similar to what Skeet said
