Between the two? ARH seem to be of the highest quality, but are also of the highest price. LPP's are much cheaper, but seem to be inconsistent as far as fitment, some guys have reported great fitment while others have had some problems. The LPP's come with cheap hardware also, so plan on getting new header bolts if you get those. Both are stainless so that's a plus for both. The ARH's appear to have better collectors, and are available in a few sizes of primaries...I can't remember what size primaries the LPP's are. If you're on a tight budget then the LPP's are probably what you'd want. If you have plenty of cash and want about the highest quality header on the market, then go with the ARH's. Another good stainless steel option is StainlessWorks, that's what I have and I'm very satisfied with them...very high quality and I had great customer service with them.

Thanks budhayes for the great responce
well ARH and stainlessworks seem about the same price
dont really have the 1500 for those longtubes though
LPPs are pretty cheap but you know what they say, "you get what you pay for"

If you live somewhere where it snows and they salt the roads, stainless is a must IMO. Even coated mild steel headers will eventually rust in a bad climate, but they're better than un-coated headers for sure. The Pacesetters are an inexpensive alternative to stainless though, and they have nice 1 3/4 primaries as well as big 3" collectors. They also offer an Off Road Y-Pipe if emissions are not a concern in your area. Many guys run the PaceSetters and are very pleased with them

Well I live in southern california so I dont see too much snow (actualy never seen snow)
Im thinking about getting the pacesetters and heat powdercoated them
they seem pretty good...at least never heard anyone say otherwise
Smog is a problem though
Ill probably be going back to my regular setup whenever smog time comes
should i get the pacesetter y pipe or is there something better or maybe cheaper out there

If you're in Cali, the smog police is the only problem that I forsee with the PaceSetters...climate isn't a problem. They'll probably last forever out there. Their ORY is about the best and cheapest option that I know of, and is a direct fit item. You'll have to go back to stock every time you have to smog, but you already know that. As I mentioned, they are a very popular header mainly due to their "reasonable" price, and they have a great design with their 3" collectors
