my truck doesnt turn on ???? help

It won't start with your friends because the Vin won't match the BCM information

Yes. cuz it reads the VIN and thinks someone is trying to swap out the PCM to steal your truck.

ooo ...... cuz i went to the junk yard to ask for one an they said it would work if its the same year ..... the computer they let me borrow its tune ...idk if if that would make it work ....????

The PCM will work to use in your truck but you have to program your vin into it. I mean if they will let you borrow it you can TRY at least but when my PCM went out I had to reprogram the new one with my VIN before it would start.

yea i know cuz i put a stock comptuer from a 05 an i had to get it unblock
