It's not too loud, it has a nice deep rumble to it and doesn't have alot of interior drone, that i can't stand with flowmasters. I'll see what I can do about getting a sound clip.

im not that knowledgeable but ive heard something about needing an H-pipe or X-pipe to make sure the pressures on each side is equal? :dunno: someone care to enlighten me on what ive heard or that it was wrong?

here go my true duals 3 inch all stainless and muffler has a internal x pipe sounds sweet parts only cost 300 bucks

An x-pipe would definitely be optimal...plenty of room for it right where the new pipes are attached too. (you want it installed as close to the engine/collectors as possible)

I wasn't really going for a performance oriented exhaust setup at this time or I would've gone with an x-pipe and mandrel piping. I was just wanting a true dual exhaust mainly for sound and looks. When I eventually get headers and y-pipe I'll end up going with an x or h pipe.
