Ya, very impressive. Do you have a parts list / mfg so I could replicate this on my 2002 1500HD 6.0L? Did you have notable changes in mileage or throttle response/performance?

Very nice. Does your truck run cool in the Texas heat with the A/C running? I'm considering some e-fans as well. It gets hot here in the summer, and I have read a few people say their truck runs hotter than it did with a fan and clutch.

I can send the list of stuff that I used very simple actually, but since your a 6.0 HD, you should have s 34 rad, I have a 28 rad. So in your case you could use 2 14 fans...

My truck runs the same temp it did before with the clutch fan. And it has been over a 100 for several days, and I have had the aC on high the whole time. The AC is actually colder in stop and go traffic.

Is there anyway you can post some kind of wiring diagram? Im tired of my fan cycling on/off too.

The only problem is my tuner uses HP tuner, and i dont know if he can set it up like u did.

To my knowledge HP Tuners does not have the ability to control the fans via AC pressures like EFI Live does. Honestly that is why i choose EFI Live to HP Tuners... Here is a thread on HP Tuners that asked if it could be added, but so far it has not been added.

Here is a good thread on efans

Here is the wiring schematic I used.
