Less posting... More beating on **** with a hammer

Did an exhaust shop weld that up? If so I'd be back there getting it moved.. If its bolt together stuff from ARH, I'd make sure all the connections are right and can't be adjusted away from the point of contact. Beyond that, I'd be on the phone with ARH for sure...

Were the headers on there before you swapped the heads, or did you do them at the same time? If you were previously running the headers without problems and this occurred after the head swap, you should be able to adjust it back the way it was

yeah the headers where there.. and where fine.. i had a good amount of clearance.. the problem occurred after the head swap.. im waiting for the garage to reopen after the weekend to check it out.. its really annoying to drive !

wedge a piece of plywood between the headers and frame. it will stop it for a while.
