Just a K&N FIPK i got it used from a friend for 125 almost brand new my truck feels a little more active now. ill be sure to mod some more in the future you guys just have to inspire me . laters

 

I just did the FIPK on my '01 5.3, and along with a Magnalfow muffler, she has really came alive. You made a good score for $125. I'm a big fan of regearing for seat of the pants performance gains, but its lotsa $$ to get it done right. Something for you to think about if you get bitten by the modification bug!

stall converter will get you better e.t's but not necessarily any more power but if you are going to do any mods past a tune make sure you get something like ls1 edit that you can retune so you dont have to pay somebody for a tune more than once
