Default My first LQ4 tear down. What gaskets can I reuse?

Hey guys. I'm starting my first LQ4 rebuild. The plan is to tear everything off, but not get into the rotating assembly.

Here's my list:

I'm going to install a LS6 camshaft.
LS7 lifters
LS6 oil pump (I might look into porting it.)
LS9 head gaskets 12622033
Yellow valve springs
Head studs
Rod bolts

Where I'm looking for advice is in the gasket area. I'm not sure exactly what gaskets to order. I searched for hours looking into what people replaced and I came up with this, but I'm not sure what all needs replaced.

Okay I'm not sure about these first 2. I figure I might need the front, but I don't think I'll be taking the rear cover off. Although I could just to inspect it.

12585673 Front seal
89060436 Rear seal

ARP rod bolts - 134-6006
Crank bolt - GM # 12557840 <--shouldn't reuse, correct?
12574293 Gasket, rear cover
12574294 Gasket, front cover
12551162 Lifter tray (4)

I haven't found the part number for the oil pump o-ring. If I order a new LS6 oil pump is the o-ring included? Can I (should I) replace the alignment dowels or reuse mine?

Is it okay to reuse the oil pan gasket? Am I missing anything? Intake manifold gaskets?

I'm going to turbocharge the engine if that matters.

A new oil pump will not come with the O-ring. It was suggested to me to use the Red o-ring, part 12584922. And the crank bolt is a stretch bolt, no you should not reuse.
I don't know about all the other gaskets, but Scoggin Dickey sells a cam gasket kit with valve covers, water pumps, stretch bolt, front cover and front seal, if that tells you anything or helps, probably not. It was also suggested to me to reuse the oil pan gasket. I never made it to any of these projects so I don't know first hand, but that's what I learned along the way.

I have these available, if you're interested: $625 shipped for everything listed

Thanks for the red o-ring part number. I'll order a replacement crank bolt.

A new pump should come with the O-ring. If not here you go,

#12574294 -Front Timing Cover Gasket
#12585673 -Front Timing Cover Crank Seal
#12557752 -Oil Pump Pick up O ring w/o locator groove-BLUE in color WAS TOLD (C/K Trucks)
#12584922 -Oil Pump Pick up O ring w/ locator groove-RED in Color WAS TOLD (F and Y Cars)

Check here if you need some more Gen 3 part numbers.

Always double check the part numbers for your application before placing an order.

Thanks for the help fellas. Hopefully I can place an order tonight.

What's the deal with the red o-ring? Why is it better?

Cadillac CTS-V (2004-2007)
Corvette (1997-2008)
Thickness = 3.55mm (0.140")
ID = 23.60mm (0.930")

2nd design) Oil Pick-Up Tube O-Ring 12584922
Chevy/GMC Pick-Up (1999-2000 LS V8 engines with 2nd design pick-up tube)

Thanks for the suggestion. Most of the gasket kits I've found cost more than if I were to just order all the gaskets individually. It seems like the kits are a collection of GM gaskets + 10%. Plus, I specifically want LS9 head gaskets.

I noticed in the link above that the intake gaskets mention green seals. What's up with that?

What are your guys's opinions on the front and rear seals? Should I go ahead and replace them since I have the engine out? The engine has 113K on it.

Front seal needs to be replaced since your swapping the cam. I'd change the rear main seal too while its out.

Dont do the arp rod bolts.
