Default My dashboard looks like a Christmas tree.....

How many lights can YOU get to turn on at once....I have the ABS light, the BRAKE light, the SES light, amd the Service 4WD light

The SES light is for the O2 sensor that is going bad, the Service 4WD light is for the dash switch that is going bad, and the newest ones (ABS and BRAKE lights....this morning) are for the ABS pump which mysteriously decided to come on and stay on when I started the truck this morning (the BRAKE light is because I pulled the fuse to shut the pump off)

so......is there a way to disable the pump and get the BRAKE light to turn off ??....AND, it looks like I will be giving http://http://www.circuitsolutions.info/ a try to fix the EBCM (these were the guys that were posted about in the Lounge awhile ago and everyone questioned thier validity....well, I'll soon find out if they are for real.....and only $100 is on the line )

if anyone has any other ideas about the ABS pump let me know......

Disable the pump by pulling the ABS fuse. But the lights will stay on.

My brother had this problem. Snagged a new unit of Ebay for $100. Had the dealer install it for $50.....might be a better option than geting it repaired.

Actually, the pump going out causes both to come on.

That means its trying to engage!! Lucky it cant. That would be a ride would it? Cruising 60 or so and it goes into 4 lo!! After the smoke clears, tires stop squeeling and you get it stopped. I am sure you would have to clean the **** outta your pants!
