A friend of mine that is in to imports is building one of these 240's right now. Here are a few pics of his progress. Should be a pretty fun ride when completed. He is using a slyline engine, powerglide transmission, and 9" rearend.

Thanks Big Guy! Now I gotta figure out how to change it on the LS1tech side...I can be a bone head sometime!!

AND...so after talking to some guys on other threads I'm gonna drop the transaxle idea and just do the T-56. I'm not building this car for a dedicated purpose such as track car so the fact that it will be 56/44 isn't gonna be that big of a deal. T-56 will be easier and more help is out there for that anyways!

LOL, speak up you knuckle head!! Your the technical brains behind this operation, I'm just the dumb labor!!! Tomorrow I have nothing major planned and was gonna see about pulling the engine out! I ripped EVERYTHING out of the engine bay so it should be rather simple. I'm just gonna drop the cross member first and see what else catches!! LOL

Is there a order of bolts I should do? I was planning on putting the front up on jack stands. Put the hydraulic jack under the crossmember and just start pulling any bolts that look like they are important!
