Here is a couple more shots of the progress on masking the block...
I also masked up a couple piece of the supercharger and hit them with copper to test it out, and the copper matches my truck and bike perfectly. I must say this thing is going to look sick when it's done...
Lemme know what you guys think.

I hate to tell you this but It's all crap... Just send it to me so you don't have to look at that horrible junk and go buy your self something nice.

Just kidding! Looks like your makeing some serious progress! I only wish I had the time to work on my own junk. I only get one day off and its either parts or weather issues...

BTW Just so you know, I am jealous as hell...

Thanks Guys, I had to shoot to color to motivate my lazy *** to get this $hit done. I polished a bit of the fuel rails, and they are coming out niceee, pics soon.

Got a couple questions though... What type of gear oil would be best to fill the gears cavity on the maggie? Could I use royal purple gear oil? Also what type of sealer should I use between super charger piece, When I took them apart it looked like some type of Loctite red stuff. I was thinking about picking up one of those loctite sticks...

The red stuff is an anarobic sealer. I know you can get some through GM not sure if its the same as lock tite since that was ment for more of a strength Bond were as this is a sealer.

When in doubt contact the manufacture for the correct specifications. Not worth ruining all that hard work!!!

Intresting... Never seen that particular product from them before. Maybe they are the ones who make if for companies like Gm.

I know the IFS FWD diff uses that anerobic sealer between the case halfs. I went through this issue and everone wanted me to just use red rtv even the parts guy at a gm dealer told me that. Long story short I finally ran into someone who knew what it was and I ended up just letting him do the job.

Nice build, and holy masking tape job batman! Everything looks pretty damn good so far

quick question for you: The stainless fastener kit you have a picture of on the first page, what all does this replace? I saw them listed on Summit but it doesn't say for sure what all it comes with, the description of the part is off I think. Anyways, thanks
