In Jan 2005 I purchased the Touring Cat Back and a few years ago it started making noise but I had no idea it was from the muffler.
Every so often I would go on the hunt. It would do it when lugging a gear after a slow speed light throttle shift.

Then one day it was doing it while idling in the drive way. Corsa sent me another Oct 2013.

Last week that one started and with a vengeance. Shut the door and it would rattle.

I got my 2nd one today. Its not on the truck yet but if you do not hear back from me I'm happy.
I see things with this one that gives me hope. See the pics below. Unlike the previous this one has some indication of a recent production run. They have dealt with this issue for several years.

Thats cool that they back there product up like that really shows that the company is striving for a great product not just in mass sales. Badass man! Did they say what was cousing the noise? I have had a Corsa exhaust before and never had any issues with it at all.

 

In my email that contained a copy of my invoice and a video with sound of the rattle I mentioned how I have been happy with the performance and features of the system.
I also asked if they had taken any steps in later production runs to cure the rattle.
I also begged off on a T-Shirt and stickers eh? No answer.

Just a very fast response in the way of an email warranty claim sent on Tuesday, and a UPS guy handing it to me on Friday.

I remember looking over the last warranty muffler and packaging and the sticker not indicating a it was such a resent build. I'll see if I can still read it a post back.

 

The Corsa on my JG started rattling and at idle the harmonics of that idle is really loud. I wonder if I should give them a call and see about getting a new muffler, I was just about to try to find a replacement as the rattling is driving me nuts.
