Default Misfire after headers

Put knock sensors and headers and ory on my 04 Silverado today. After we put the knock sensors in I started the truck to make sure it run good after putting the intake back on and it was quiet and smooth. Put the headers and y pipe on with New gto plug wires. Started it and it run good and smooth for about 30 seconds and then got rough and comes up with multiple misfires. I took the plugs out while putting the headers on and made sure the wires were seated. Does it just need a tune. I left the back 02 sensors plugged up and just zip tied them up. Do I leave the or unplug them and take them off.

Perhaps a plug has a crack in it, kinda hard to say.

I would remove them again and check them out. And make sure all injector connectors are plugged in all the way and no pins got bent.
