Default muffler mania

i got a 24 inch magnaflow muffler put on my truck a few months ago, and its probably the best for performance there is being straight through, its really quiet, its nice and no drone on the freeway....... but i miss that deep rumbly flowsmasher chambered tone, when i had mine i hated the 1700rpm cruising drone, but under acceleration and at idle it had such a nice deep, and boomy growl to it. i've always had a turndown right after the muffler to make it more ambient and loud but i could never find a happy medium. i know im crazy but is there a happy medium i dont know about? can i have the deep tone, but keep it outside the cab? is there another muffler that can accomplish this and not be as flow restrictive, without getting raspy?

No I don't have a clip, it is still brand new in the box.. Are you running converters?
