Whats up guys i have an obs crew cab long bed, well im putting airbaggs on it and kinda getting out of the whole loud exhaust thing. Right now I have a Flowmaster 50 series not cats on it right now, and its to loud. My mods are custom tune, powerdyne blower and a 3000 stall, so what are you guys running, and how do you like it. Thanks for all the info. Tons of knowledge on this site.

 

I think ur best bet for a muffler would be a large cased magnaflow....and then if its still to loud use a smaller glass pack or a round 14" magnaflow after that.

 

I was looking into a magnaflow suggestions on model?? Ohh yeah and i forgot to add and i dont know if this whould make a diffrence but i have dual 2.50 in and dual 2.5 dumped out in front of the bed. should i do 2 mufflers???

 

Two mufflers will be quieter than using one dual in dual out muffler.

 

My brother just got a Flo Pro welded into the stock exhaust on his 07 LQ9 Sierra and it sounds pretty good. It's pretty quiet but has a nice sound when you get on it. Honestly I think you can hear his FIPK more than the muffler.
