Default Which muffler to buy?

Need some advice on which muffler to get. I'm looking for a single in, dual out 2.5". I had 2 single dynomax mufflers with a x pipe and headers before, and it stayed pretty quite. I think I want something louder but has no drone in the cab. I really don't want a flowmaster, and not gonna drop $300-$400 on just a muffler. Any suggestions?

I've had the truck less than 2 days and the mods are already starting.... damn

I like the sound of my Spintech. I'm not sure what y'all consider drone, but there is a slight increase in in-cab sound. I believe that I have the Sportsman Street muffler.

I'm sure that everyone is going to say Magnaflow, but I thought I'd offer ya a little different option!

Magnaflow or dynomax ultraflow. I actually put the dynomax superflows on and they sound excellent. After cutting the cats off and adding the true duals I made an unbelievable gain over the stock exhaust. My setup was choked up pretty bad, so I made gains that a stock internal 5.3 wouldn't come close to.

for the price range you are looking at you might have to go with magnaflow or slowmasters. if i were to do it all over again, i would get a corsa. B&B triflo would be my 2nd choice. but those might be out of your price range

I put a magnaflow on and couldnt get it off quick enough, put on a flowpro HD,very happy,no drone great tone, might be a little quiet for some.If i had gone with the larger magnaflow i may have been OK.

The Spin Tech is a nice choice. About $225 for stainless.

If you can handle the drone, go with 2 dynomax bullets (~$30 each!). I've had mine for a little less than a year and they are awesome. They sound alot better than my flowmasters I used to have. Oh yeah, they are loud and deep. With my cam, they make the lope sound real good. The only problem is my neighbors hate my truck now!
