do you lock the PCM?
I have edit allready, and might need to change shift points, or tire sizes?
if you lock it then it does me no good.....

We do not lock the PCM so you can make whatever changes you'd like.

If you don't mind me asking MTI, what model of Dynojet do you have? Just curious. I've seen pics of your shop, but I don't get down there much, looks like an awesome shop!! more like a dream shop.

thanks for answering,

allen
Well Allen thanks for quoting me but when I emailed you 2 times and asked if the tune came with dyno there was no answer. Thankfully we now have a contact at a company that wont fill us full of BS about computer problems and that being your excuse not to answer other people when they have problems. Well that might get you by with them but I know if it were me with a company that everything I did was on the computer that computer would be done for less than 10 minutes before I fixed it or replaced it. I don't need for you to reply just leave me out of any further of your posts here. I was simply stating that there was a tuner whos pricing included dyno tune and was less money that yours. And good job trying to pimp your product on another companys thread thats class.

So that is $45 or more for a retune after the 30 day period? Does that mean that it will be another dyno tune for those that are local or go into the shop?

Lets not start this topic into a Nelson vs MTI or a Nelson bash. Allens customer service has been unbelievable and I am just a regular customer. I hate to see the post that bash the tuners! Oh and by the way that price is cheaper than Nelsons but you dont get free updates for the life of your vehicle!
