i run the taylor wires and there pretty good i guess. I went through 2 sets of bosch wires in 1 month and iv had the taylors for about 9 months with no problems. i think the factorys are fine but i had 60k miles on stock wires so i figured i should replace them. you will definately know if you get some cheap wires. for taylor wires and ngk plugs it was like $70 from summit.

damn how'd you do that man? that's crazy. mine all came off pretty easy. I only had a problem with cylinder #2's wire getting really f'd up from the header clearance. I had an extra one layin around and just wrapped it with fiberglass wrap and stuck it back on. works good now.

Sometimes they are stuck on there from the factory. I use dielectric grease (can be bought at a local parts store in a little package for like a buck) and it pulls right off every time

Are you pulling the pacesetters off?

You probably know this already, but a little dielectic grease in the boot will eliminate that problem!

i always use grease on everything. it can also protect the plugs sometimes from cracking. i used to have a problem with the damn plugs in the dune buggy cracking I guess from being exposed to the weather all the time. I grease em up reaaal good now and never have had a problem since. nothin a little lube can't fix
