If you want to order by credit card we need;

Other payment methods;

For shipments to most (but not all) US ZIP codes we provide a UPS COD
service for $7.00 on top of normal shipping costs (you have to pay by
money order or cashier's check at your end, there are some exceptions to
the $7 such as Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands) -
we need the part number you want and your address. You can also pay for
your order in advance by money order or cashiers check;

Yes I have also got creative with some zip ties. Do your supermaxx headers have any clearance issues with the frame? My passenger side headers are about 1/8" away sitting still, and will hit now and then when moving from a stop. It hits on the outer pipe against the edge of the frame.....at the part of the header where all the pipes come together and go straight down.

I'm either going to try and strengthen the motor mounts somehow so the motor doesnt torque over as much, or I'm going to have to uninstall the header and beat the crap out of it with a hammer. talk about a PITA - one of the flanges is tack welded in place because it was slowly coming loose. If these weren't worth so much hp I'd probably just put the stock maniflolds and Y pipe back on.
