Default Mr. Mix

I own an 01 ext. cab stepside and i was wondering what mods u have done to your truck that give the best results (other than nos or a SC). My best time is a 15.34 and nothing would make me happier than beating my brother-in-law's 14.89 <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> .

I have invested in a UPD, Poweraid spacer, and a Gibson cat-back. I also performed some free mods.

I was just wondering what to go with next <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> .

Thanx <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

You can go with a stall converter and a gear with posi depending on what you have now.The new Predator programer seems to help alot,I myself don't have experience with it but RED2K has it.Unless you want to spend $500.00 for ls1 edit. There is also a transgo recalibration kit,or shift kit that will firm up your shifts for a small gain.Your not to far off of that time shouldn't be to hard to achieve.

Where has everyone got the idea that I have a blower? My motor alone runs 13.0's. A blower would be nice though. It would save on n2o refils.

I am not speaking for Kev but from what Hyde tells me Mix has alot of hours , headaches , and paychecks in this bad boy motor. I am sure getting to drive that things is all worth while though. I am jealous my friend. I sold all my dirt cars now but I do have about a 600hp motor new and on the stand. {non-ls1} I dont think I would like having to pay the $4.25 per gallon to feed it though. Its is in the for sale section.

I have just installed 3.73's on my already locking differential. is posi still the way to go?

as for the predator, how much does one run? is it better than the HPP3?

What are some worth while bolt-ons?
