Default More power for 2004 6.0

I have a 2004 2500 single cab with the 6.0. It is not the HD so it only has the 2.5" single exhaust exiting the muffler. I have seen that it is either dual 3" or 2.5" from the manifolds back. This is one of the first things that is coming off, but I want to know what would be the best. I am also thinking about changing the intake on my T/A to the F.A.S.T. LSX 90mm intake & NW 90mm TB and was wondering if the one that is on the car will work on the truck. The car is a 2001 so it has the LS6 intake and a ported stock TB. Will this make muck of a difference. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

The instake swap is not worth it on your truck unless you plan on going big time.

All the usual LS1 stuff applies though. Cam, converter, LTs and tuning. Or forced induction.
