Hi chevy fans!!!

I called cranecams about a good cam to use in my 02 silverado 5.3L, auto, 3:73 and one of the tech said that a good cam to use the z cams(with quick lift technology)it has 531 lift on int and exh and 216, 224 duration and 115 lobe sep. also, he said if i went anymore radical i would have more problems with the pcm cause the knock sensors in the lifter valley and i ask him if this cam would work great with the cranecam roller rockers 1:8 ratio and he said yeah!! great combo and you should get a great amount of hp and tq together and even more used with a 2800 stall! but i think a 3000 stall would be better. And i did ask him if this cam would have a good lope to it and he said yeah, his boss has the same cam and lifter up in his 03 silverado 5.3L auto and plenty of power for him, so if anyone has experience this or knows someone who has please let me know. I plan to do alot of radical things to my truck this winter to get ready for next year summers cruzin and shows, so i want to be ready!!

do you have a reg cab pickup? anything above 212/218 is gonna need a 2800-3000stall from what i see. Its still best to slap a stall in with any cam. I just put a 210/218 in mine and my ECSB 4x4 really needs a 2600stall roughly since it has a tad bit of lag below 3k

we put a 216/220 cam in a friend 00 truck and he's been happy with it. He has a 3k stall and i know it roasts the hell outta the tires! I think you would be happy with that cam and you will need a 3k stall. Get some headers to help that cam out

check out vinci on the right also.. they sell the crane cams and have some very good grinds for trucks!
