I'm about to install a 210/218 .551/.551 112lsa cam in my 5.3 and have a few questions one being are mainley push rods any good and wood a set of 7.4 ones work? next on the spark plugs will i need to change anything or not? and what is the best way to hold the motor still while loosening and tighting the crank bolt?

I've never heard anything bad about manley push rods, and SDPC----> has a pretty good price on them. 7.4" are the ones as long as everything is stock. I wedged a prybar between the spokes of my crank pulley and had no issues.... would I recomend it... prolly not, and im sure someone else has a better idea on that one! Good luck on the install, its fun and really easy.
