Default More boost=slower times?????

Last year at this time I ran 13.4 @ 101mph. This was with a stock setup 6.0 and whipple sc and headers/exhaust, running 6lbs of boost.
I have since redone the engine with forged parts, head work and 1.85 rockers, and now run 10+lbs of boost, along with getting rid of the whipple jive and having a Nelson tune.
Last night with very good air, the boost was 10+, but the 60ft times went from 1.9 to 2.3. Besides being a dog off the line, it really fell off at the shift points. I'm guessing that the computer is pulling the timing way out from hot iat's or what? Best times were 13.8 @ 97. Way off!
I've got a tuner who says he now has someone with the ability to fab an intercooler, and custom program it so that I may be able to end up with a handheld programmer capable of running one tune for the street, and another tune for race gas and the track.
I think this truck has the capability of high 12's, but the current issues, make it unable to get there. I guess I also should look at bumping up the fuel delivery, as right before the last shift when the boost gauge was bumping it's preset limit at 10lbs, the fuel pressure dropped to 50lbs?
Ideas?

Well IMO, the times sound about right with the 60' drop but I might be wrong...

As far as the intercooler and tuner setup goes, I would say go for it... the lightning guys do that kinda **** all the time.

Also with ur 60' times droppin that much, u might wanna look into some kinda traction bar/4-link setup... that is if traction is ur problem...

Traction is not an issue, this is a awd truck. 60 ft times increased (IMH) because the air was so good, the computer is picking up on the amount of boost and pulling out timing, along with the higher shift points put in by the Nelson tune, it runs the boost right up their, again causing the timing and possibly fuel starvation issue.
In higher elevations and at highway cruising, it does not experience, these issues, nor does it make quite as much boost.
If this was a pre-computer vehicle, we'd be fine I think, but with the computer plugged in to save the engine, it seems it's trying to do it's job.

Are you still running the Whipple electronics ??.....if you are that is probably a BIG part of your problem, If not I would be looking at possible false knock

NO-As I mentioned, whipple jive has been removed, and 43 lb injectors installed. The issues with the whipple craptronics seem to have gone away with removing their computer jive, and additional injectors crap.

are you detonating? sounds like you are in need of a fuel pump upgrade. did you scan it?

If you have not upgraded your fuel pump for more volume, then you need to right away. The MPH drop more than likely was the truck hitting the knock sensors and pulling the timing out. The E.T. drop is due to your 60 foot times going to ****.

I would suggest these three things right off the bat:

1) Fuel Pump, you are not in need of more PSI. 55-60 should be fine. More than likely you are running out of volume in the higher RPM ranges.

2) Intercooler, even the Whipple needs one at that boost level.

3) Dyno Tune

And before anyone says anything.....Yes I am still lurking.

I was in san antonio last year and got nelson to tune mine. This was before I got hp tuners. When I got HP to tune myself, I found that my Ltrims were almost maxed lean, and I had lots of KR everywhere. I look at his tunes as a good starting point, not a tune to run with. At the time, I had no way to tune things myself, so his work was helpful, but I have extracted much more power tuning on my own.
