I gave my fathers 01 Yukon 5.3 a K&N fipk kit a grannetelli MAF, and Hypertech PPIII. I also did a cool air mod to feed the FIPK kit. I used 4 inch dryer hose from behind the lower valance to directly underneth the filter. I felt so guilty that i posted a Ford mod on this site, i had to redeem myself by doing a good deed.

Hahaha...I did the same thing for my Dad's '99 2500HD Silverado a few years ago. The only thing different is I put a Volant air intake on.
If you put in the HPP3 power tuning be careful. The GMAF and the tuning don't get along very well. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />
Anybody need a GMAF for a truck? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
