Decleration Fuel Cut Off =DFCO

etc fuel cutoff rpm vs gear

for the shift to take place
mph and rpm must be met
and this is based off throttle position

if the fuel cutoff is lower than your shift rpm
the computer will "let off the gas" for you
then once it drops below the tps% threshold it allows the shift

the drop in tps is what allows it to shift
