Default Max lift with the stock springs?

As soon as the warranty runs out I'm gonna throw in a mild aftermarket cam. I really don't want to change out the valve springs if I don't absolutely have to. Does anybody know what lift the factory 5.3 springs are rated at? I'm thinking it's somewhere around .510-.515 but I'm not exactly sure.

Is that all? That's the lift of the factory cam in the cars. I thought it'd be a little more than that. oh well, guess I'll be doing springs as well then.
