Default Max lift

Any idea of how much lift a L9H VVT can take
with a dur of 210/224 ? can .600 fit ?

I'd measure to be safe but you're fine. It's not the lift so much that causes an issue, it's the duration.

Duration=how long the valve is held open while the piston is still moving. The larger the duration, the longer the valve is held open.

Hope that makes sense.
