Max Bore 6.0

Default Max Bore 6.0

what is the max bore on a 6.0. is .40-.60 possible safley. anyone done this

.040" is about the max and not all 6.0s can go that far.You need to sonic check the bore with anything over .030".

Yep, most folks trying the 0.060 end up too thin ( under 0.150" ). 0.040" is good and there are lots of pistons out there for this overbore size.
If you sonic check first ( usually about $75 ) you will get a good idea of the total you can go.

thanks guys i dont plan on going over .030, but just checking the options.
just stick with the original plan.
