Massive oil leak after R&I engine. Ideas?

So ran it for about 2 hours yesterday without any leaks. Got the transmission mounted and all the small bs things finished. Only thing left is to mount the exhaust, put the trans cross-member back in, and driveshaft. Probably 30 minutes worth of work.
Fingers are crossed, but I'm going to remain skeptical until this turd is rolling down the road again leak free.

So my theory is one of the bolt holes on the rear main seal housing gasket allowed pressure to bleed through and was ultimately leaking out of the bolt hole. This is the best I can come up with so far. Everything looked how it should and came apart/went back together just like it should.

Finally got the exhaust, trans mount, and driveshaft back in yesterday. Ran it for about an hour without issue. Backed it on the dyno to do a couple pulls attempting to see how much power I lost swapping to the 241's and was getting some killer KR in PE. It was pulling 8*. Max KR was set to 8 by the factory so it's possible it could have wanted more.
I have two theories: 1)better flowing heads are leaning the AFR out or 2)the high mileage shortblock is starting to piston slap. Either way, it's more than driveable and when I get a couple minutes I'll do some fuel trim logging. This truck is a DD and I bet I can count on one hand the amount of times I've been 60% throttle or more since I bought it.
Hopefully this saga ends here. We will see when I start putting some miles on it.

That is one thing lately driving my 99 i have noticed is most of the time i am nowhere near wot logging it one day, think the most the tps% ever read was 42% or something.... On the rare occasion i do punch it from a stand still she will break the tores loose quickly though, so theres probably a reason i dont get into the throttle all the time!!
