Quick question, will LS6 exhaust manifolds directly fit a stock 6.0L truck motor? Would they be an improvement over my stock castings? I know of a pair that I can get really cheap.

The collectors are in different places, so the answer would be no.

Also, those manifolds on a C5 look the same for the LS1 as the LS6. The LS6 uses a Ti cat back, and has no precats. Manifolds are, I am about 90% sure, the same on the two cars.

Save your money and time, save for real headers.

The exhaust manifolds are different for the Z06 vs a C5. But I'd agree, save up for real headers. For more info you can check corvetteforum.com there were some guys there that were doing the full ZO6 exhaust treatment on their C5s. I just did the the ZO6 mufflers.
