Default Man the A/C pulls timing...

I have been driving my truck and for 3 years wondered why it would sometime feel like it would just like slug for a split second every 45 seconds or so. I really never thought to much of it since I only would notice it while I was driving w/o the radio or just on a smooth quiet road. Well, today I put 2 and 2 together and came to a conclusion. I hooked up the Prdator on the way home from work and wanted to see if anything jumped out during one of these slugs. Well it did an the A/C is the culprit. with the A/C on it would do this and pull timing fom 46+/-* to ~22*. When the A/C was off, I got a flatline 46.4*

Right! this was done at steady speeds and with the cruise control on most of the time.

Fast4.8 Check your timing tables, you may want to do some smoothing....

Why the hell does it pull timing? My truck does this too, it took me a while to learn to just ignore it.
