i pretty much agree with most of the posts here. i have a Borla and love it. i got a great deal ($480 new) on it a while back. i had it on my truck for 7 years now. sounds good when you get on the gas. except i wish it was a tad bit louder. next truck i get i will be putting a corsa on it. here is what i would do:

have the $$$ = corsa

don't have the $$$ = magnaflow

i like having the stainless since i live up in snow country. they salt the roads like crazy during the winter

I agree.
With the GP price that tybrne is offereing on a magnaflow system you can get a nice SS exhaust for a great price and if you end up not likeing the sound you can always just get a different muffler and still have a nice exhaust system for much less cost than a corsa or even the borla.

That's because Magnaflow is T409SS and Borla/Corsa use better quality T304SS. I have Corsa because I like the 304SS up here in the Salt Belt, the sound is nice, too. I've seen Magnaflows rust out at the ends of the case up here. If I lived where the weather was milder, I'd go Magnaflow, good "bang for the buck".

i love my bassani system. sound is flat out incredible and there is a definite increase in power. i didnt feel much increase with the magnaflow i had on my 00fsc. the increase is extremely noticable with the bassani.

I haven't heard a bassani on a pickup before... do you have any soundclips?

I like my borla.

Hmmm... If it's true, I'm going to need to step away from magnaflow, living in massachusetts and all.
