Default MAF sensor descreening

Whats the best way to descreen my MAF sensor is it as easy as cutting the honeycomb screen from yhe sensor

Just push out the screen with a screwdriver.

not worth it IMO.

the chances of messing it up are too high for the little gains you MIGHT see.

plus as you mod further and further it could lean the truck out too much.

For some, it works, for some it doesn't. Take it out and reset the PCM. Play with it for a while, and put it back in (reseting the PMC) if you don't like it.
