Default MAC products?? any experience??

at the shop i work at were setup as a MAC perfromance dealer, one of the guys ther have the complete exhaust on a stroked 96 mustang and also a 98 z28 with a full MAC system, they both sound good but they also are built motors with big cams. so i wanted to ask if anyone has MAC exhaust on their truck, and also a MAC air intake, i can get them both pretty cheap. any experiences??

I had their mid headers on my Hawk for a while and loved them. I put long tubes on it, and wished I had kept the Macs because of the low and midrange power I lost with the LT's.

Poor quality products in my opinion.

I have their intake on my 2001 and love it. Great price! I have installed 2 other intakes on friends trucks with outstanding results. I will never buy from anyone else. You get a chrome air tube and a polished air box for around $169, nobody can beat that deal.

come on guys...we're talking about a frickin air intake here. a mod that might possibly gain you 5rwhp on a stock truck...not a big deal. as long as the build quality is good, performance gains are gonna be very similar to any other intake. i hear they use k&n filters anyways.
