i have a crane cam and the specs are duration 216/228 and the lift is .454/.480

true but he said TBI and TBI engines had flat tappets so...he would need the roller conversion....just like I did.

But anyhow, you would definately be doing down to the LT1 cam. You do have that thing tuned right.
