Also, after the tranny cross member I cut the drivers side pipe and slid a coupler on there. So when I have to drop the tranny I just unbolt the Y and the coupler. The passenger side is not in the way.

Mine are cermaic coated dynatechs, but when I compared them to turbogibbs's pacesetters the pacesetter collector was all of about an inch longer. And my dynatechs are cut short to make 3" collectors instead of the 2.5s they come as.

No CurtD on the board made it for me and I supplied the mandrel bend. The factory flange was cut of the header and moved back to where the primarie is 3" diameter then cermaic coated. Dont really know what oyu mean by the flanged in part. I took two 3" cutouts and welded the flanges onto the collector side of the cutout then welded some 3" pipe to the cutouts and got it bent to meet up with the corsa.

the headers weren't too long. I just extended the ORY so I could take it out without taking off the tranny x-member. Right now I can unbolt the two clamps at the headers and remove the ORY. I didn't weld the pipe to the collector. What i welded was the ORY itself, it comes in 3 pieces and I just welded part of it together instead of using a ghetto clamp. and bank 2 is indeed the post cat 02 sensor. With the 02 plugged in I didn't receive any error codes and all my components render "Ready" in the PCM

I wish I had pix, it'd be much easier to show you what I'm talkin about.
