Lt Headers Cat Question
#2
Its not a big enough difference IMO to ruin the air quality. Stock cats and big HP or nitrous dont mix well though. Most will use high flow cats in this instance or have them on removable flanges.
I run high flow cats on my truck right now because I cant live with myself know I am contributing to part of a global problem that not only effects myself but someones grandmother who has to breath our shitty air
Sulphur dioxide combines with moisture to make suplhuric acid. Or you can do the carbon dioxide + moisture = carbonic acid ordeal

i know we are runing the air, but we didnt have probs back in the 40-70's with straight pipes on all the cars. Granted we didnt have people testing the air for stuff either. But the tree's and grass were greener atleast lol
i'd leave them in. I cut mine off cause i couldnt get mine to fit right with the ASM's. But its raspy with them gone now. The exhaust had a deeper tone with them. I didnt feel a gain, but it felt a tad more sluggish below 2200rpms though
