after a few beers and becoming impatient with looking at my intake on the ground i went ahead and started to "massage" the cross over. the intake fits perfect and all the bolts line up the way i want. now i just need to locate a new set of cross over tube gaskets.

I imagine your using an older fuel rail? When I had my LSXRT intake on my truck all I had to do was cut off the factory mounting tabs and it went on no problem. But this is on a nnbs and the intake came with new stock rail adapters mounts.
