Default Ls7 valley cover on 5.3 and head bolt question

In the middle of doing DOD/VVT delete on my 5.3. When installing the ls7 valley cover what do you do with the Pcv port on it? The stock one off the 5.3 didn't have this port? Do i just plug it with something? Would it be beneficial to just use this port on the valley cover instead of the one coming off the driver side head? I am doing a turbo build. Also, i got arp head bolts instead of head studs(thought i was getting head studs). Will i be fine using the arp head bolts on 8-15lbs of boost on a 5.3, or should i hold out for head studs. Ill don't mind using the bolts if you all think they will be fine.

Thanks

Head bolts will be fine and if you don't want to use the PCV port on the valley cover just cap it off.
